We hope you and your family are doing well. Thank you for your faithful partnership through your prayers and financial support. The Lord has brought us a more diverse group of students this semester. Students from India, Iran, France, China, Jordan, Japan, and Pakistan are joining our gatherings. After three years at GT, I was excited to meet two Vietnamese students during the six hours we spent welcoming new students at GradExpo!
August Highlights:
- Picked up an Indian student from the airport.
- Welcomed returning and new international students at GradExpo.
- Provided temporary housing in our home for an Iranian student and his spouse.
- Prayer-walked around the campus.
- Met and greeted new students during Welcome Week.
- Welcomed new students at our first dinner and game night.
- Opened the Bible together and explored Genesis 1 on Monday night.
- Took Indian students to Asian markets.
Sharing from a New Student:
"It is very comforting to know that someone will be there to welcome me when I arrive in a new country. Atlanta will be entirely new to me, and I don't have any friends or family in the area yet. Your kindness means so much to me and will help make this transition feel much less overwhelming."
"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” (Ephesians 6:12).

- Please pray that the Lord will continue bringing students to our Discovery Bible Study, which meets every other Monday night.
- We are also in need of volunteers who can build friendships with students at our weekly Monday gatherings and drivers who can assist with monthly grocery runs to meet practical needs.
- Please pray for the salvation of those who have heard the gospel, and for God’s protection over the students as we engage in spiritual battle and seek to point them to Christ.
- We also appreciate your prayers for unity among the International Student Ministries at Georgia Tech.
Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” (Matthew 9:37-38).

- Praise the Lord for bringing us a more diverse group of students this semester.
- Praise the Lord for providing volunteers for the GradExpo and the first dinner and games night.
- Praise God that a few students from Georgia State University have joined us.
- We can clearly see God’s hand at work. This semester, we have muslim students. And the Lord has provided a dear friend who joins us to serve and has a rich background in ministering to Muslim. Hallelujah!
- The Lord has answered our prayers by bringing more male students and one new-believer student.
- Praise the Lord that I can continue equipping believing students as they grow in their faith and in their prayer lives.

I thank the Lord for you and for your faithful prayers and support. It is truly our privilege to share Christ’s love and make Him known among the nations the Lord has brought into our lives to serve and pray for. Please know that you are in my prayers.
